Complete Celebration of Life Package

A deeply personal, fully customised ceremony—£300

When You Want to Go Deeper

Some lives deserve more than a 20-minute tribute. Some families want time to share stories, remember together, and create a ceremony that truly captures the essence of who their loved one was.

That's what the Complete Celebration of Life Package is for.

This is my most in-depth service—a fully customised ceremony created through multiple planning meetings, where we take the time to gather stories, memories and details that paint a complete picture of your loved one's life. The result is a 30-45 minute ceremony that feels less like a funeral and more like a celebration of everything they were.

What's Included

  • Icon_ver_color
In-depth family meetings (up to 4)

We'll meet multiple times to gather stories, memories and details. This isn't a quick checklist—it's a chance for your family to remember together, share different perspectives, and make sure we capture the full picture of who your loved one was.

These meetings can include immediate family, extended family, close friends—whoever has stories to share. They can be in person or online, whatever works best for you.

  • Icon_ver_color
Fully customised ceremony script and eulogy

I'll take everything we discuss and create a ceremony that's rich, detailed and deeply personal. This includes a full eulogy that tells your loved one's story—not just the facts, but the feeling of their life. What made them who they were. What they meant to the people who loved them.

    Coordination with all participants

If family members want to do readings, say a few words, or contribute in other ways, I'll coordinate with them beforehand. We'll make sure everyone knows what to expect and feels confident about their part.

    Music and visual element coordination

Want to include photos, videos, or meaningful music? I'll help you choose what to include and coordinate with the venue to make sure everything runs smoothly on the day.

    Ceremony delivery (30-45 minutes)

On the day, I'll deliver a ceremony that's professional, heartfelt and true to your loved one. With more time, we can include more stories, more moments of reflection, and more celebration of who they were.

    Family involvement options

If family members want to co-present parts of the ceremony or contribute their own words, we'll build that in. This can be as simple as a reading or as involved as sharing their own memories directly.

  • favicon
    Keepsake script and reading booklet

You'll receive a beautifully presented copy of the full ceremony script, plus a separate booklet with all the readings included. Perfect for family members who want to keep the words close.

    Ongoing support

Throughout the process and beyond, I'm here for you. Planning a ceremony like this isn't just about logistics—it's about support, guidance and having someone who understands what you're going through.

How We'll Work Together

  • Icon_ver_color
    Step 1: First meeting—the foundation

We'll meet to talk about your loved one's life—the big picture. Who were they? What mattered most? What kind of ceremony would honour them best?

  • Icon_ver_color
Step 2: Gathering stories (meetings 2-4)

Over the next few meetings, we'll go deeper. I'll interview family members, ask questions that prompt memories, and gather the details that make your loved one's story come alive. These sessions can include different people—immediate family, siblings, friends, colleagues—whoever has stories to share.

    Step 3: Ceremony creation

I'll take everything we've discussed and create a fully customised ceremony. You'll receive a draft to review, and we'll refine it together until it feels exactly right.

    Step 4: Coordinating the details

If family members are participating, I'll prepare them. If there's music or visual elements, I'll coordinate with the venue. Everything will be organised so the day runs smoothly.

    Step 5: The ceremony

On the day, I'll deliver a ceremony that's professional, personal and powerful. You'll have confidence that your loved one's life is being honoured exactly as it should be.
