Fully customised ceremony script and eulogy
I'll take everything we discuss and create a ceremony that's rich, detailed and deeply personal. This includes a full eulogy that tells your loved one's story—not just the facts, but the feeling of their life. What made them who they were. What they meant to the people who loved them.

Coordination with all participants
If family members want to do readings, say a few words, or contribute in other ways, I'll coordinate with them beforehand. We'll make sure everyone knows what to expect and feels confident about their part.

Music and visual element coordination
Want to include photos, videos, or meaningful music? I'll help you choose what to include and coordinate with the venue to make sure everything runs smoothly on the day.

Ceremony delivery (30-45 minutes)
On the day, I'll deliver a ceremony that's professional, heartfelt and true to your loved one. With more time, we can include more stories, more moments of reflection, and more celebration of who they were.

If family members want to co-present parts of the ceremony or contribute their own words, we'll build that in. This can be as simple as a reading or as involved as sharing their own memories directly.

We'll meet to talk about your loved one's life—the big picture. Who were they? What mattered most? What kind of ceremony would honour them best?

Step 2: Gathering stories (meetings 2-4)
Over the next few meetings, we'll go deeper. I'll interview family members, ask questions that prompt memories, and gather the details that make your loved one's story come alive. These sessions can include different people—immediate family, siblings, friends, colleagues—whoever has stories to share.

Step 3: Ceremony creation
I'll take everything we've discussed and create a fully customised ceremony. You'll receive a draft to review, and we'll refine it together until it feels exactly right.

Step 4: Coordinating the details
If family members are participating, I'll prepare them. If there's music or visual elements, I'll coordinate with the venue. Everything will be organised so the day runs smoothly.

On the day, I'll deliver a ceremony that's professional, personal and powerful. You'll have confidence that your loved one's life is being honoured exactly as it should be.

Step 6: Your keepsakes
After the ceremony, you'll receive both the full ceremony script and the reading booklet—beautifully presented for you to keep and treasure.

How long does the planning process take?
Typically 1-2 weeks, depending on when the ceremony is scheduled and how many meetings we need. I'll work around your timeline and availability.
Do all the meetings need to be in person?
